🔧 Adding the App

  1. Go to Zoom Marketplace.
  2. Search for “HireAide”.
  3. Click the Install button on the app page.
  4. Authorize the app on Zoom’s authorization screen.
  5. Sign in to app.hireaide.ai to complete account linking.

🚀 Usage

🗓 Schedule Sync

Use Case: Automatically sync Zoom meetings for interview tracking.

How to Use: Enable Zoom Meeting Sync under Calendar Sync in settings.

📼 Recording & Transcription

Use Case: Ingest and transcribe recorded Zoom meetings.

How to Use: Toggle Auto-Import Cloud Recordings in Settings > Integrations > Zoom.

Prerequisites: Enable Cloud Recording and transcription in Zoom settings.

💬 AI Meeting Summaries

Use Case: Generate summaries to highlight key interview insights.

How to Use: Open a synced meeting in HireAide and click Generate Summary.

Prerequisites: Meeting must be synced and recorded.

❌ Removing the App

  1. Visit Zoom App Marketplace.
  2. Locate the HireAide app.
  3. Click Uninstall.

🔔 Deauthorization Implications

  • Zoom-based data will be disassociated from your HireAide account.
  • Imported recordings/transcripts will remain unless deleted.

🔒 Data Deletion Policy

  • Zoom tokens are deleted upon deauthorization.
  • Full deletion requests can be sent to info@hireaide.ai.
